Here's how you can improve erectile dysfunction with these exercises
February 25, 2019
Various exercises can be helpful in managing and treating erectile dysfunction. Yoga, for instance, can reduce stress levels, lower general body tension, and improve heart rate, which can aid in eliminating erectile dysfunction.
Specific yoga postures are designed to promote blood circulation in the pelvis area, contributing to overall blood flow to the male reproductive system. Swimming is also recommended for men with ED, as it helps reduce fatigue and stress, enhance blood circulation, keep the body fit, and boost overall sex drive. Weight training, which includes both cardio and resistance training, can increase bone strength, muscle mass, and stability, leading to improvement in ED. Aerobic exercises, such as walking, cycling, and other cardiovascular activities, help increase blood circulation in the body, including the penis, while also improving sleep, muscle tone, and lowering blood pressure. Additionally, pelvic floor exercises, also known as kegel exercises, can strengthen the pelvic muscles surrounding the base of the penis and testes, helping develop and maintain an erection, improve bladder control, and intensify orgasms. Practicing kegel exercises is simple, and involves tensing and holding the pelvic floor muscles for 10 seconds, relaxing, and repeating the exercise. |
