Studies show Singa Rose medicated oil to be effective for numerous minor ailments such as insomnia, menstrual pain, acid reflux, abdominal distension, headaches, chest tightness and insect bites.
Singa Rose Medicated Oil – a product of Singapore; derives its name from the origin of the oil – the Merlion or Singa from Singapore. It represents the power of the oil that contains medicinal properties to heal while the Rose represents the tenderness that soothes aches and pains.

The medicated oil that contains four herbs; Borneol (Dryobanalops aromatica), Camphor (Dryobalanops Camphora), Mentha piperita and Laurus nobilis are extracted from plants found in the Islands of Borneo.

“The secrets of the oil can be found in the Ancient Chinese Medical Canon of the Yellow Emperor. When I was first introduced to the oil, I discussed it with Professor Dr Zhao Yan Song, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner at the University of Beijing, who reiterated that the oil worked for a variety of illness and was widely used in China,” said Dr Jason Ong, founder of Singa Rose.

Studies show the medicated oil to be effective for numerous minor ailments such as insomnia, menstrual cramps, acid reflux, abdominal distension, headaches, chest tightness and insect bites. It also works well as an insect repellent.

Test conducted over the period of two years in Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar and Norway proved that the medicated oil relieves aches and pain, cough and cold, joint pain and varicose veins.

Singa Rose comes in three fragrances – Lemon Grass, Rose and Lavender and comes in three variants – 3ml, 5ml and 8ml glass bottles with glass or steel rollers.

Singa Rose Medicated Oil is approved by Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority for topical use only.  The medicated oil should not be used on children below the age of 6.

Due to its effectiveness, the medicated oil has become a household brand in Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, India, Europe and Japan.
