KL Wellness City (KLWC) kicked off the Year of the Snake with a vibrant Chinese New Year (CNY) celebration, featuring an auspicious lion dance performance to symbolize good fortune. Guests were welcomed by Dato’ Dr Colin Lee, Managing Director of KL Wellness City.

Speaking on this initiative, Dato’ Dr Colin Lee said, "Through this initiative, we continue to emphasize the importance of creating meaningful and enjoyable experiences for everyone in our community." He revealed that the Kuala Lumpur International Hospital (KLIH)—KLWC's cornerstone project—is progressing steadily, with 40% of construction already completed. "We are on track for its grand opening in Q3 2026. To meet the growing demand and future healthcare needs, we have proactively expanded the number of operating theatre (OT) rooms from 22 to 25. This forward-thinking decision underscores our unwavering commitment to providing world-class medical care to both local and international patients."
