​Finding time for self-care can indeed be a challenge for busy mothers. Mothers often have many responsibilities to juggle, including caring for children, managing a household, and possibly holding down a job outside the home. These responsibilities can make it difficult to find time for activities that promote self-care and well-being.

However, it is important for mothers to prioritize self-care, as taking care of oneself can actually make it easier to take care of others. Here are 20 sneaky ways for mothers to carve out more 'me time' every day:
  • Wake up a little earlier than usual to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and some quiet time before the rest of the household wakes up.
  • Take advantage of nap time or quiet time by doing something for yourself, such as reading a book or taking a relaxing bath. 
  • Delegate tasks to other family members to free up some time for yourself. 
  • Combine self-care with everyday tasks, such as listening to music or an audiobook while doing household chores. 
  • Take a walk outside during your child's sports practice or music lesson. 
  • Practice mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing exercises while waiting in the carpool line or during other downtime. 
  • Use technology to your advantage by using meditation or fitness apps during breaks in your day.
