Suu Balm expands range with new scalp and hair conditionerJanuary 12, 2026
Dermatologist-developed brand Suu Balm has launched the latest addition to its scalp care range consisting of the Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, Rapid Itch Relief Scalp Spray, and the newly introduced Suu Balm Scalp and Hair Conditioner.
Since the launch of its scalp care line, Suu Balm has helped thousands manage dry, itchy and sensitive scalp conditions through its targeted shampoo and spray duo. Dermatologist-formulated to address the underlying causes of scalp discomfort, the range is clinically proven to reduce scalp flaking within just three days. Extending this targeted approach, the new scalp and hair conditioner completes a full scalp care treatment specially designed for sensitive scalps, allowing active ingredients to be delivered precisely at the source. Formulated with 6X nourishing agents for root-to-end hydration, it provides continuous hydration from scalp to hair ends while maintaining optimal scalp comfort. The pH-balanced, hypoallergenic formula is clinically tested and proven safe for all hair and scalp types. In user trials, 93% of participants found it soothing for itchy scalps and 97% agreed that their scalp is more moisturized too. This breakthrough formula is safe for direct scalp application. "The Suu Balm scalp care range has been nearly seven years in the making. We first launched our Rapid Itch Relief Scalp Spray in 2019, followed by the Anti-Dandruff Shampoo in 2023. With the introduction of the Scalp and Hair Conditioner, the routine is now complete. Our goal has always been to create solutions that genuinely work for both scalp and hair, especially for individuals with sensitive scalp conditions,” said Dr John O’Shea, Co-Founder of Suu Balm at the launch. The scalp care range addresses dandruff, itch, and sensitivity, which are prevalent in Malaysia’s hot, humid climate and fast-paced working lifestyle, particularly among adults who spend long hours commuting or moving between outdoor heat and air-conditioned environments, including those who wear head coverings for long hours. These concerns are widespread both locally and globally, making them some of the most common hair and scalp complaints. The products are free from silicones, sulfates, parabens, essential oils and fragrances. All products in the range are Halal-certified by JAKIM Malaysia, offering added reassurance for consumers. |
